Job Description
We’re looking for passionate, driven and fast paced Furniture Setup Crew Supervisor to join us and travel the world with our F1 Setup Crew to the different races. Anyone applying should be a traveller, a person who thrives in different, ever changing and very high-pressured environments.
As a key player based out of our Vienna headquarters, your role extends beyond the ordinary where you'll be journeying with us to international races. Your adventurous spirit will be at home here, as we seek individuals who flourish in diverse and evolving high-stakes settings. You will also be pivotal in event setup. You will lead the setup crew at each venue, ensuring the seamless loading and unloading of tracks both at the event sites and back at our warehouse.
What you'll do:
- Complete responsibility over all furniture, goods and equipment on site, in accordance with our warehouse responsible(s) with “hands on” mentality
- Budget responsibility (on-site crew, transport, on site operation, further equipment investments in accordance with finance department)
- Actual tracking of all inventories, on site, reload on site (in accordance with warehouses)
- Loading and unloading of goods and equipment, with crew and “hands on” if necessary
- Use of Forklifts and Pump trucks
- Management and supervision of the onsite warehouses and storage
- Creating in assistance of clients guides distribution / setup list (furniture book) per event
- Distribution & assembling of all furniture & equipment in accordance to lounge distribution list (setup) and/or number of guests per lounge including cleaning of the furniture
- Smart ideas for permanently developing packaging, loading/unloading, distribution & storage process
- Unlimited and permanent training, teaching, all crew members at all events
- Preparing loading lists and shipping back of cargo trucks/containers to the DO & CO warehouses or various other events in accordance with our transport department
Qualifications
- Team player! You won’t be able to achieve success without this!
- Good organizational skills and “hands on” mentality - previous experience is welcome
- Precise working execution
- Adaptable and flexible – both on the events and off. When it comes to working in events things change at any point!
- Goal driven personality – we have our goals – we hit them, guaranteed
- Pride in your work – from the very first plate to the last
- IT skills (excel, word, PPT)
