Job Description
  • To ensure that all accounts for the Bond department are complete within set deadlines and maintain accurate records.
  • Book deliveries into company system.
  • Bond Quality checks 
  • Daily Inventory Control
  • Raise stock orders
  • Complete month end customs reports and finance report for unit.
  • Provide Bond reports to the unit manager.
  • Enter month end stock counts into the system and produce stock reports for unit manager.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts (Morning and Evening)
Qualifications
  • Experience in a similar administrative role within a fast-paced and highly pressurised environment
  • Must demonstrate integrity, confidentiality and professionalism at all times
  • Ability to work efficiently using own initiative to resolve issues
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English,
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight timescales, prioritising as appropriate
  • Proactive and positive/flexible attitude
