Job Description

• Take ownership of a section within our busy production kitchen
• Prepare and cook dishes with pride; ensuring they are made to exact specifications
• Work closely with the kitchen brigade, maintaining an inclusive team environment
• Using your culinary knowledge to ensure the quality levels remain at our high standards
• Partner with the Sous Chefs, helping them with any given duties in kitchen management
• Delegate responsibilities to Kitchen Helpers, giving them your knowledge to assist in their development
• Play an active role in keeping your section and the whole kitchen environment up to a high level of kitchen hygiene

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie working on multiple sections
• Impressive knife skills
• Airline catering would be fantastic, although not essential
• Confident working in busy, fast paced culinary environments
• Ambitious and motivated to produce high quality dishes
• Able to communicate effectively in English
• Confident working in a team
• Flexibility in regards to your work availability is essential, as the Production Kitchen operates 7 days a week, including evenings, weekends and public holidays 
• Right to work in the UK
