Job Description
Creation and implementation of high-quality dessert concepts for an international VIP clientele
On-site role at Formula 1 Grand Prix weekends in the Paddock Club™
Ensuring our quality and service standards
Collaboration with operations and service teams
Off-season / Race Break:Based in one of our DO & CO fine dining restaurants in Vienna
Qualifications
- High level of creativity with a strong sense of aesthetics and presentation
Completed culinary training and several years of experience as a pastry chef
Experience in fine dining, upscale catering, or event gastronomy
Valid work permit for Austria
Based in Vienna or willing to move here
Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally
Excellent English skills; additional languages are an advantage
Additional Information
We offer a gross monthly salary of €5.500,00 plus additional compensation for Formula 1 races & other international events
