Job Description
  • Creation and implementation of high-quality dessert concepts for an international VIP clientele

  • On-site role at Formula 1 Grand Prix weekends in the Paddock Club™

  • Ensuring our quality and service standards

  • Collaboration with operations and service teams

    Off-season / Race Break:

  • Based in one of our DO & CO fine dining restaurants in Vienna

Qualifications
  • High level of creativity with a strong sense of aesthetics and presentation
  • Completed culinary training and several years of experience as a pastry chef 

  • Experience in fine diningupscale catering, or event gastronomy

  • Valid work permit for Austria

  • Based in Vienna or willing to move here

  • Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally

  • Excellent English skills; additional languages are an advantage

Additional Information
  • We offer a gross monthly salary of €5.500,00 plus additional compensation for Formula 1 races & other international events
