Job Description

YOUR ROLE IN THE WORLD OF DO & CO 

As Head of Crew Control (m/f/d) you will serve as the central point of contact for the entire event crew across the DO & CO Group 

Your key responsibilities include: 

  • Acting as the primary contact for our culinary-, service- and logistics teams at national and international flagship events, including Formula 1, FIFA World Cups, UEFA European Championships, golf and tennis tournaments, ski races, as well as exclusive private events throughout Austria 

  • Overseeing staff scheduling and ensuring the effective implementation of staff schedule 

  • Providing trusted, solution-oriented support to employees in resolving day-to-day operational challenges 

  • Managing all travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation and local transportation for event teams 

Qualifications

WHAT SETS YOU APART 

  • 5+ years of experience in a comparable leadership role, ideally within a fast-paced premium hospitality or similarly demanding environment 

  • A genuine passion for working with people and an approachable, open-minded personality 

  • A structured, detail-oriented, and highly organized way of working 

  • Proven ability to coordinate small teams as well as larger groups of up to 250 employees 

  • Passion for your profession, strong team spirit, and the ability to motivate and inspire others with your positive attitude 

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in supporting employees throughout their career development 

  • Willingness to travel internationally to major events 

  • Excellent written and spoken German and English; additional languages are an advantage

OUR ATTRACTIVE OFFER 

Starting salary from €5,000 gross per month based on full-time employment (all-in contract), with the willingness to offer a higher salary depending on qualifications and individual agreement.
